Rec Room Masters is committed to providing you with products at a reasonable price point and pride ourselves on making affordable gaming cabinets widely available to everyone. Amazon unfortunately takes extremely high commissions on each product we sell via their website, thus driving up our costs. By selling only on our website, and on, we will be able to pass that savings onto our customers.

Secondly, Amazon does not offer us the opportunity to provide the quality of customer service that we pride ourselves upon. It is extremely difficult to get in contact with customers as we are forced to go through Amazon’s system, and many times customers don’t provide accurate contact information in their Amazon accounts. We try our very best to provide a quality experience to our customers, but occasionally shipping problems or transit damage can occur. Unfortunately when a customer has purchased the product via Amazon, contacting them to help with whatever issue may have occurred is extremely tedious and sometimes impossible.

Recent Minor Manufacturing Flaws Identified, and Now Corrected!

It has been brought to our attention that some minor manufacturing flaws occured in our most recent production run that have now been corrected. All issues with the “cabinet door not flush” and “adjustable shelf alignment” have now been rectified and all cabinets shipping as of 9/17 have passed our new quality inspection process. Since this cabinet is designed and manufactured here in the USA, we were quickly able to correct these minor issues, therefore, eliminating any further inconvenience. If you have received a cabinet in the last few weeks and have experienced any concerns, please immediately contact Customer Service for replacement parts.
